The study explored the efficacy of combining tamsulosin (an α1A-blocker) with fluoxetine (Prozac) for treating premature ejaculation. It involved 100 participants, with 50 receiving the combination treatment and 50 receiving only fluoxetine. The results showed a total effective rate of 92.0% in the treatment group compared to 84.0% in the control group. The conclusion was that the combination of tamsulosin and fluoxetine was satisfactory in treating premature ejaculation.
