Alopecia Universalis, Onychodystrophy, and Total Vitiligo

    TLDR No systemic causes were found for the patients' conditions.
    Two patients with alopecia universalis, onychodystrophy, and total vitiligo were studied. Despite extensive investigations, including endocrinologic evaluations and viral cultures, no systemic abnormalities or etiologic agents were identified. The study discusses these three conditions and considers their potential etiological interrelationships.
