    TLDR Unani medicine helped regrow eyebrow hair in 45 days.
    A 16-year-old patient with alopecia areata affecting both eyebrows was treated with Unani medicine applied locally for 45 days. The treatment involved twice-daily applications for the first 30 days and once-daily applications for the remaining 15 days. New hair growth was observed after one month, and normal hair was seen on the affected areas after 45 days, suggesting that Unani medicine was effective in treating alopecia areata.
