    The study evaluated the effectiveness of follicular unit hair transplantation in treating stable cicatricial alopecia caused by postsurgical scarring in 15 patients. A single session of hair transplantation was performed with a density of 35 units/cm². After 12 months, the graft survival rate was found to be 80.67%, with patient satisfaction significantly improved, as indicated by the decrease in POSAS scores from a preoperative mean of 24.47 to a postoperative mean of 11.60.
