    The thesis explored novel diagnostic tools and models for understanding inflammatory skin diseases, specifically psoriasis and eczema. It utilized three models: alopecia areata patients as a model for T cell-driven skin diseases, the human imiquimod model to mimic psoriasis pathways, and a cohort of patients with both psoriasis and eczema to identify disease-specific mechanisms. A molecular classifier using NOS2 and CCL27 genes was developed, offering high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosing these conditions and predicting therapeutic responses. This research aimed to improve diagnostics and treatment personalization for these complex diseases.
