    This study investigates the use of the 1064 nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser for hair lightening, pigment clearance, and skin rejuvenation in 25 Indian subjects. The results showed significant hair lightening in 68% of cases, with 84% achieving good or excellent pigmentary clearance and all participants experiencing at least good skin rejuvenation. The treatment was well-tolerated, with mild and transient adverse events, and no significant hypo- or hyperpigmentation. The study concludes that this laser treatment is an effective and safe alternative to chemical products for aesthetic enhancement, with high levels of participant satisfaction.
