Took a medication called pilocarpine, and cannot oral minoxidil anymore which I’ve taken for several years with no issue Treatment 8/28/2026
OP experienced heart issues after taking pilocarpine, which they believe interacted negatively with oral minoxidil, leading to hair loss. They stopped pilocarpine but can no longer use oral minoxidil.
