The user underwent multiple hair transplants (FUT and FUE), used hair fibers, SMP, and eventually started finasteride and minoxidil to combat hair loss. Despite challenges and setbacks, they are satisfied with the current state of their hair and have learned to accept different looks, including a buzzcut with SMP.
