research "Simmer Pus And Grow Flesh" Method Promotes Chronic Wound Healing In Rats Via bFGF-Wnt β-Catenin Signaling Pathway
This study investigated the "simmer pus and grow meat" method's effect on chronic wound healing in rats, focusing on the bFGF/Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway. Using 100 SPF rats, researchers divided them into four groups: blank, model, experimental (treated with purple and white ointment), and wet burn ointment. Results showed that the experimental and positive control groups had higher wound healing rates compared to the model group. The study found that Zibai ointment enhances wound healing by increasing the expression of bFGF, β-Catenin, and other proteins involved in the signaling pathway, suggesting its potential effectiveness in promoting chronic wound healing.
