However, the field is still developing, with most evidence from case reports and small series. The review emphasizes the need for standardized reporting and prospective studies to establish the clinical value and safety of robotic-assisted procedures. While robotic systems promise better outcomes and recovery, cost and limited high-quality data hinder widespread adoption. Notable advancements include the use of systems like the Da Vinci robot and robotic microscopes, which enhance precision and visualization, though challenges in maintaining aesthetic landmarks and tactile feedback persist. Further studies are needed to confirm clinical benefits and address integration challenges.
