July 2023 in “Jurnal Ilmu Kesehatan Hewan” In this case report, a 2-month-old dog with scabies showed improvement in skin condition and reduced mite presence 24 days after treatment with simparica, sulfur-based soap, and various topical and oral therapies.
March 2025 in “Buletin Veteriner Udayana” In this study, a domestic cat diagnosed with scabiosis and Felicola subrostratus infestation was successfully treated with ivermectin, diphenhydramine, fish oil, sulfur soap, and topical fipronil, showing good treatment outcomes.
January 2024 in “Veterinary Science and Medicine Journal” In this case report, a 1.5-year-old Pomeranian named Beb with respiratory and skin issues was diagnosed with pneumonia and demodecosis; following a two-week treatment including antibiotics, ivermectin, and supportive care, Beb's symptoms resolved, and hair regrowth was observed.
