Immunofluorescence analysis confirmed the expression of key markers such as SOX2, fibronectin, and S100β in these cells. The findings suggest that SKO-derived SKP-like cells could be promising for hair regenerative applications and highlight the value of SKOs as a source for isolating progenitor cells to advance hair regeneration and restore skin function.
