    Postoperative Care, also known as Post-op Care or Post-surgical Care, refers to the management and monitoring of a patient following a surgical procedure. This care includes pain management, wound care, monitoring for complications, and ensuring the patient’s overall recovery and rehabilitation. It is crucial for preventing infections, promoting healing, and ensuring the patient returns to normal function as quickly and safely as possible.
