This resulted in higher mRNA and protein levels of hair growth factors IGF-1 and VEGF, and noticeable hair growth effects within 8 days. The findings suggest that MXD-NPs are more effective in promoting hair growth by targeting hair follicles, offering a promising treatment for androgenetic alopecia (AGA).
