Fifty-four women participated, with eflornithine applied to one side of the face and a vehicle to the other, alongside laser treatments at Weeks 2 and 10. Results showed significant hair reduction on eflornithine-treated sides from Weeks 6 to 22, with persistent reduction noted by subjects through Week 34. The combination therapy was as safe as eflornithine alone and enhanced hair removal speed. Participants preferred the combination of laser and eflornithine treatment.
