The findings showed that 19.9% had clinical hyperandrogenism and oligomenorrhea, 30.8% had clinical hyperandrogenism and polycystic ovary, 29.5% had oligomenorrhea and polycystic ovary, and 14.5% had all three conditions. The highest levels of dehydroepiandrostandion sulfate were found in patients with oligomenorrhea and hyperandrogenism. The study concluded that early investigation is necessary due to the risks associated with hormonal imbalances, psychological effects of skin symptoms, and other side effects of PCOS.
