    Diabetic Dermopathy, also known as shin spots, is a skin condition commonly seen in individuals with diabetes. It manifests as light brown, scaly patches on the front of the legs, often resembling age spots. These patches are caused by changes in the small blood vessels and are generally harmless, though they can be a sign of underlying vascular complications associated with diabetes.
