    Dermagraft is a bioengineered skin substitute made from human fibroblast cells derived from newborn foreskin tissue. These cells are cultured on a biodegradable scaffold to create a living dermal substitute that can be used to treat chronic wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers, by promoting tissue regeneration and healing.
