    Vardenafil, commonly known by the brand name Levitra, is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis to help achieve and maintain an erection. Vardenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, similar to sildenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil (Cialis), and is taken orally before sexual activity.
