February 2023 The study conducted in Gujranwala, Pakistan, assessed the common clinical signs and symptoms of thyrotoxicosis in 120 patients, revealing a higher prevalence in females (78) compared to males (42), predominantly affecting those aged 31-50. Common symptoms included goiter, sweating, heat intolerance, hoarseness, tremors, diarrhea, anxiety, hair loss, menstrual irregularities, exophthalmos, increased appetite, and polyuria. Blood screenings showed significant variations in BMI, free T3, T4, and TSH levels.
