A man is experiencing hair thinning and is hesitant to use finasteride due to concerns about side effects, despite its effectiveness when combined with minoxidil. He currently uses PRP treatments and Saw Palmetto, but these are considered insufficient by others who suggest finasteride and minoxidil as necessary for preventing further hair loss.
