This case report highlights that Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) is often underdiagnosed in young females and can significantly impair quality of life, while Non-Classical Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia should be considered in differential diagnoses for hyperandrogenism among lean patients.
