User maintained hair with finasteride for 6 months, then switched to dutasteride for 7 months, using DHT blocking shampoo, keto 2% shampoo, and microneedling. Significant hair growth observed, especially on right temple.

community Whats this thing on my scalp I tried killing it for over a year with salicylic acid and freeze off but it doesn’t help. Could this thing affect my follicles ? My hairloss started when this thing grew and minoxidil and fin haven’t been doing anything any other treatments?

community Boys I am just a gonner. What on earth is my scalp even going through. Looks like world war 3. Pyril 3 months. Topical melitonin/progesterone/fin, dut, fin, oral min, laser trash, anus stimulation. Nothing. Donor area is decimated 😂.
