- 6 Month results video (47 y/o, 46 when I started). Various products, discontinued due to scalp irritation and eventually landed on Fin/Min spray starting at week 6. Dermarolled 0.50mm once per week.
- Stopped topical Minox and Fin for 2 years, started again and gained my old status back
- 1700 grafts + fin min 1.5 year apart. I wish i started fin earlier.
- Current regimen: Topical finasteride 0.3% Minoxidil 6% once daily. 5 months. Also just started taking Zinc 20MG daily. Saw Palmetto 450mg daily. Hair, skin & nails supplements (includes a bunch of vitamins essential for hair skin and nails) Was debating on adding oral finasteride. Thoughts?

- Didn't track my progress much. I just found a photo that I took about 2 years ago when I started taking Fin.
- Two and a half years on minoxidil and coming up to two years on finasteride. Hairline has only improved a bit but thickness/density is much better. I was pretty old when I started so I'm pleasantly surprised!

- Hit update. 30M. Finasteride 1.25mg daily, Minoxidil Topical 5% 2x daily. Dermarolling and dermastamping biweekly. I started in July 2025, it is now November 2025
