- Learn the difference between male pattern baldness and diffuse thinning, and see a doctor to diagnose which you have. Otherwise, you may waste money on HIMS 3-in-1 and risk heart or sexual side effects, just cuz a guy w/ probably biotin deficiency thinning got great results here...

- Oral Biotin and Topical Minoxidil have a synergy effect in increasing hair growth, the study was only done in healthy subjects and it was only 14 days but it does prove that biotin can play a significant role as an adjunct treatment.

- Don't discount diet for the sake of scalp health. Meds had no effect for 2+ years. 3.5 months since new diet / Shampoo routine.
