    Radiation Damage, also known as Radiation Injury, refers to the harmful effects that ionizing radiation can have on living tissues. This damage can occur at the cellular level, leading to DNA mutations, cell death, and impaired tissue function. In the context of hair, radiation damage can result in hair loss (alopecia) due to the destruction of hair follicle cells.
