- 3 months since I started my treatment.. 2.5 mg Minoxidil + 0.5 mg of Dutasteride (both oral).
- How it started and how it's going.
- Thank to this community - started in may 2022. 5 percent min 2 times daily - 0.5 fin daily - 1.5 mm dermaroller weekly. Started with 1mm deramaroller at start.
- Started using topical minoxidil for two weeks
- 31M started 0.25mg Finasteride 1.5mg finasteride in mid January 2026
- Started balding at 17 im 19 now 1 year on min started fin today Best its looked in years
- Fin only 1 year results started at 18 currently 19(M)
- 22M started fin/min/dermaroller again after stopping for almost 2 years (2months progress)
- Started Sept 2023 – Age 36 – Oral Fin + Minoxidil once a day

- 3 month on min. Started keto shampoo and dut topical
- Me [M32] before taking oral finasteride + started using Minoxidil drops and 2,5 years in. Long way to go but I'm glad with the progress.

- Hit the one year mark and things finally started getting better. Nov 6th 2023 - Nov 8th 2024 (.5 oral dut, keto 3x a week, and 5mgs of minox) amy other late responders?
- Finasteride 4 months way worse then when I started, shed or am I cooked? 19m
- Started on March 1, 2023. Tried to upload all pics with screen shots of the date from various times from last 16 months
- 1 year update on Min/Fin . I started on a topical compound and switch to oral min/topical fin last month.
- 4.5 months post HT. Also started Dut and oral Monox
- 9 month so far 0.5 dut and oral min 5mg starded shading
- March 1st and May 1st. Started treatment February 1st.
- 7mo of min 2.5mg, started fin 1mg yesterday. Both oral, both daily
- Sharing 60 days progress on 5% min, 1mg fin and just started microneedling last week
- 18 months finasteride. 26M, started at 24
- *Update* month 14. First 4 pics are before i started my treatment. Still would like to see improvement by the crown & corners of my hairline hopefully.
- Changed my protocol to 5mg’s Oral Minox & 2.5mg’s Dutasteride daily. Finally started making gains. 2 month difference.
- 1.5 months 5% min foam twice a day on corners and 1mg fin. First pic is before I started.
- Two and a half years on minoxidil and coming up to two years on finasteride. Hairline has only improved a bit but thickness/density is much better. I was pretty old when I started so I'm pleasantly surprised!
- Feel like I have more of a hairline now. 30 M, Started in July 2025 and it is now December 2025. Minoxidil Topical x2 daily + Finasteride 1.25mg PO daily + Dermarolling/Stamp Weekly to Biweekly.
- 6 years of finasteride 1.25mg daily. No other treatments. No side effects. Glad I started early!
