- Have been using topical minoxidil for about 3-4 years now, and it suddenly stopped working. I am now adding tretinoin to the schedule. Anyone experienced this?

- 24 yo from Istanbul. Hair loss for 3–4 years. Used minoxidil but didn’t see results, recently started topical finasteride. Shedding has accelerated in the last 6 months and I’m very discouraged. What should I expect? Open to advice
