In this case study, donor lymphocyte infusions effectively eradicated measurable residual disease in a patient with relapsed acute myeloid leukemia after hematopoietic cell transplantation, while side effects included the development of vitiligo and alopecia areata, likely due to chronic graft-versus-host disease.
