Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a low-risk treatment for Androgenic Alopecia (AGA) that generally improves hair count or density, but more research is needed for optimization.
The user experienced side effects from daily 1 mg Finasteride and switched to 0.5 mg every other day, supplemented with creatine, tongkat ali, tribulus terrestris, vitamin D3, bromantane, l-tyrosine, and caffeine. They also use weekly 1.5mmmicroneedling and daily 50 mg RU58841, except on microneedling days, to manage hair loss.
User experienced hair growth after 1.5 months using Fin, 1 month using Min, and microneedling. They use liquid Rogaine twice daily, microneedle with a .4 mm dermaroller, and take oral Fin once a day.
