Regulatory Effects of YiFa Compound Medicated Serum on Proliferation of Follicle Stem Cells and mRNA Expression of K19 and β1 Integrin

The study investigated the effects of YiFa compound medicated serum on follicle stem cells in Wistar mice. It was found that the serum significantly promoted the proliferation of these cells and increased the mRNA expression of K19 and β1 integrin compared to controls. This suggested that YiFa compound serum could potentially be effective in treating alopecia and promoting hair growth by enhancing follicle stem cell activity.
