Research of Xiaochuang Drink on Rabbit Ear Micro Acne Model and Its Acute Toxicity Experiment

The study evaluated the effects of Xiaochuang Drink on a rabbit ear micro acne model and its acute toxicity. Rabbits were divided into 6 groups, including different doses of Xiaochuang Drink, and observed over 14 days. Results showed that Xiaochuang Drink significantly reduced the sebaceous gland and hair follicle area diameter compared to the model group. The maximum tolerated dose was 249.77 g/kg, and the minimum lethal dose was 277.53 g/kg, indicating that the clinical dose was safe. Xiaochuang Drink demonstrated a therapeutic effect on rabbit ear micro acne.
