The study suggested that LED light had the potential to stimulate the proliferation of human dermal papilla cells (hDPC) by activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling and ERK pathways. This was the first report to investigate the effects of various wavelengths of LED on hDPC proliferation and the underlying mechanisms.
