TLDR The combination therapy effectively improved acne keloidalis nuchae.
A 19-year-old man with acne keloidalis nuchae (AKN) showed significant improvement using a combination therapy of 0.025% tretinoin cream, 0.1% mometasone furoate cream, intralesional triamcinolone acetonide 5 mg/ml, and doxycycline 2x100 mg. Initial improvement was observed by the 2nd week, with more significant results by the 4th week. This combination therapy was effective and could be considered for managing AKN.
