A 60-year-old male with subcorneal pustular dermatosis (DPS) was successfully treated with systemic and topical corticosteroids. Initially, he received a 31.25 mg corticosteroid injection, which was increased to 62.5 mg due to new lesions, and then tapered every 3 days by 12.5 mg. Significant improvement was observed over 4-5 weeks, confirming the effectiveness of corticosteroids in treating DPS, as supported by clinical and histopathological findings.
