Treatment and Prevention of Traumatic Eyebrow Cicatricial Alopecia With Stem Cell Growth Serum

TLDR Stem cell serum can regrow eyebrow hair in chronic cases and prevent hair loss if used early after trauma.
This study explores the use of stem cell growth serum as a noninvasive treatment for traumatic eyebrow cicatricial alopecia (CA). Two cases were presented: a 10-year-old boy with chronic CA and a 65-year-old man with acute eyebrow trauma. Both patients applied stem cell serum topically, resulting in hair regrowth and retention over a year-long treatment. The serum, derived from mesenchymal stem cells, promotes hair regrowth by enhancing vascularization and delivering growth factors. The findings suggest that stem cell serum could be an effective alternative to hair transplantation, which has lower success rates in CA due to poor blood supply. Further studies are needed to validate these results across different age groups and trauma chronicity.
