    A 12-year-old boy with Acrodermatitis Enteropathica, a rare hereditary condition, presented with body-wide skin lesions, diarrhea, and sparse hair. His condition was associated with low plasma zinc and alkaline phosphatase levels. After starting zinc supplementation, he showed significant improvement within days. The case emphasizes the need for early diagnosis and treatment adherence, as well as the provision of healthcare in remote areas.
