    The review on Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) highlighted its widespread cultivation and various cultivars, such as 'Arp' and 'Madelene Hill'. The plant's chemical constituents included bitter principles, resin, tannic acid, volatile oils, and flavonoids, with the volatile oil containing compounds like borneol and camphor. Rosemary was noted for its medicinal uses across multiple systems, including the central nervous, cardiovascular, genitourinary, liver, reproductive, and respiratory systems. Additionally, its volatile oil was used in treatments for arthritis, gout, muscular pain, neuralgia, wounds, and hair loss prevention by stimulating hair bulbs.
