TLDR Hair loss is caused by nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and stress, with treatments like minoxidil and hair transplants available.
Hair loss is influenced by factors such as dietary deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and scalp conditions, with significant links to deficiencies in vitamin D3, iron, and thyroid hormone imbalances. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated hair loss issues. Treatments include Ayurvedic formulations, minoxidil, and hair transplantation, each with potential side effects. Statistical methods like the chi-square test assess the effectiveness of various treatments. Strategies to manage hair loss include nutrition, yoga, and supplements to mitigate stress-induced hair loss. More research is needed on conditions like Telogen Effluvium, Female Pattern Hair Loss, and Chronic Telogen Effluvium, as well as their diagnosis and treatment.
