TLDR The ampoule significantly improves hair density, thickness, and usability without side effects.
This exploratory pilot study evaluated the effects of a red clover-chamomile complex extract ampoule on hairline hair density, hair shaft thickness, and product usability in 10 participants aged 20-49 years. Over 4 weeks, participants applied the ampoule twice daily, resulting in a significant increase in hair density from 91.0±28.8 hairs/cm² to 136.0±28.8 hairs/cm² (49.5% increase) and hair shaft thickness from 25.90±12.12 μm to 46.80±19.59 μm (80.7% increase). Usability scores also improved significantly, with no adverse events reported. The study suggests promising results, but further randomized controlled trials are needed to confirm these findings.
