The Relationship Between Quality of Life and Physical Condition in a Group of Older Adults Engaging in Physical Activity in Toluca, State of Mexico.

    The study investigates the relationship between quality of life (CV) and physical condition (CF) in 153 older adults (AM) who engage in physical activity (AF) in Toluca, Estado de México. The findings reveal a strong correlation of 0.7 between CF and CV in physical health, and 0.8 in psychological health. The study concludes that participants with high CF scores also achieve CV scores above 80 points, indicating that better physical condition is associated with improved quality of life in older adults.
