Pruritic Hyperkeratotic Facial Papules in a 34-Year-Old Woman Diagnosed with Trichostasis Spinulosa

A 34-year-old woman had a 10-year history of pruritic black papules on her face, diagnosed as trichostasis spinulosa. This condition is characterized by follicular keratotic plugs with embedded vellus hairs, presenting as pruritic, hyperkeratotic papules. It can affect all age groups and both sexes, often developing in elderly individuals with long-term sun damage.
