TLDR Combining erbium laser, laser blood irradiation, and minoxidil is most effective for treating diffuse alopecia.
This study investigates a combined treatment method for diffuse telogen effluvium, a form of diffuse alopecia, using fractional laser therapy, transvenous blood irradiation, and minoxidil. The findings indicate that the most effective treatment for improving microcirculation efficiency is the combination of erbium laser therapy, transcutaneous laser blood irradiation, and minoxidil. The next most effective treatments, in order, are the erbium laser with minoxidil, transcutaneous laser blood irradiation with minoxidil, and finally, minoxidil alone. The study highlights the importance of combining therapies for better outcomes in treating diffuse alopecia.
