This review focuses on recent scientific data published after 2020, highlighting the potential of phlorotannins in enhancing skin health and beauty, amidst a growing demand for natural cosmetic formulations. Despite their promising benefits, there is a scarcity of up-to-date studies critically examining their cosmeceutical applications.
