    A 28-year-old male experienced diffuse hair loss after taking fluvoxamine, a synthetic antidepressant. The hair loss, likely due to the drug's impact on the telogenic phase of hair follicles, resolved after stopping the medication. This case highlighted the potential for fluvoxamine to induce alopecia.
