Knowledge and Quality of Life of Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

    The study "Knowledge and Quality of Life of Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome" involved 231 women and aimed to assess their understanding of the condition and its impact on their quality of life. The research found that over 75% of the women had a poor level of knowledge about the syndrome, and more than 66% reported a low quality of life. There was a significant positive correlation between the women's knowledge about the syndrome and their quality of life scores (p-value 0.001). The study concluded that most of the women had a low level of knowledge about the syndrome and a low quality of life, suggesting the need for integrated health education to support these women and improve their quality of life.
