A 22-year-old female with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) was successfully treated within 1 year using individualized homeopathic medicine, Pulsatilla, in centesimal potency. The treatment led to regular menstrual cycles and improved ultrasonography (USG) reports. The Modified Naranjo criteria for homeopathy scored +8, indicating a causal relationship between the homeopathic treatment and the positive outcome. This case study suggests that homeopathy may have a role in managing PCOS.
