A man in his 30s experienced patchy hair loss on the medial aspect of his right lower leg for 4 years, accompanied by mild-to-moderate itching. Sensory examination was normal, and dermoscopy revealed multiple brown dots with a few white ones, indicating primary follicular mucinosis.
