    TLDR Shaving and avoiding brushing improved the patient's beard hair condition.
    Trichorrhexis nodosa (TN) is a hair shaft disorder characterized by whitish nodes along the hair, which can be either congenital or acquired due to physical or chemical trauma. This case report describes a patient with TN of the beard, diagnosed through clinical examination and trichoscopy. The patient was advised to shave his beard and avoid brushing, which led to symptomatic improvement upon follow-up, confirming the diagnosis of TN of the beard.
