TLDR A new psoriasis lotion called "Psorisbye" improved symptoms in a patient within one week.
A new topical treatment for psoriasis, named "Psorisbye", was developed and patented by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism. The lotion is composed of clobetasol, papaverine hydrochloride, spironolactone, milk-peptide-complex, and propylene glycol. A case study of a 47-year-old male with moderate psoriasis showed significant improvement after using "Psorisbye" for one week. The patient's Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI) score improved from 20.9 to 1.8, indicating a reduction in redness, thickness, and scaliness of the lesions. The patient also reported a significant reduction in itching. No adverse reactions or interactions were observed. However, further studies with larger sample sizes and longer follow-up periods are required to confirm these findings.
